I bought 7 each and product was sent with one cold pack.
Chocolate had partially melted fusing the individual pieces together top to bottom forcing me to split a piece off with a sharp knife.
Apparently seller is offering factory seconds as there were few packages with the same number of pieces. Sometimes 3 missing, often two, very often one.
