As a retired Northerner in Florida we have an abundance of fresh seafood but I always miss the smoked fish from "up north". About the only smoked fish available down here is smoked mullet or mackerel...usually greasy and without much taste.
The shipment arrived in 3 days by Fed-Ex at a cost much cheaper than on other websites and was still cold although the ice packs had melted.
I spread a sheet of newspaper on the table and ate the whole thing for lunch (a really good sized portion).
Just delicious!!! and worth every penny.
