This is the best tasting Salami I have ever tried. I used to get it at a local International Market but they stopped handling it. So glad I found it through Amazon.com.

The family is on a steady salami diet as this salami is full of flavor, it isn't too spicy so everybody from the smallest child to the adult can enjoy it.

This salami is almost as good as Opa's. He used to make it fresh every winter, smoke it and hang it out to dry during the winter. Could us a bit more garlic and paprika but it's excellent the way it is. I always buy several sticks when I return home (up north). Unfortunately we can't find it in Tampa. This is a definite buy for those who have old world tastes.
