Good pesto!Mar 09, 2008

This is a nice rich pesto sauce. One way that I have used it? I take a couple pounds of baby red potatoes, cook them until softened, smash them, and then add most of one container of the pesto. Yummy!
The pesto adds a lot of richness and flavor to the potatoes (as Emeril puts it, I like to "kick up" dishes in one way or another, in terms of taste).
So, I recommend this product. It's made some of the dishes that I make a lot tastier!
