This is a product that is an "essential" in the country of its origin, Serbia. Over there, every family has it and no one would dream of living without it. It is the answer to itchy baby's bottoms, rashes, minor skin problems, little cuts, sores, anything to do with the skin. It has a neutral smell, never stings, and it really, really works. Great for babies. The ingredients are safe and mild, it's not full of unpronounceable chemicals. It is far superior to anything you will find in the stores in the US.

A friend of mine from Serbia bought this for our newborn son. I was skeptical since it was not from the US but he used it on his two daughters and his mom used it on him. My wife and I tried other lotions, butt paste, etc for our son's diaper rash and they didn't work very well. Nine months into using this, I can say it has worked very well and I have bought it for my family and friends who have recently had kids. Highly recommended.

Please DO NOT HESITATE to buy this ointment just because it is from a country and brand that you do not know much about. This ointment is the best cream ever for baby's skin! It is also perfect for dry skin in adults! Wonderful, gentle, effective, safe...the WHO approves! This products proves that sometimes it is not the most "popular" and known products that work...but the ones that nobody has heard of. In Serbia, the country of origin, and in former Yugoslavia, no household was ever without this ointment. I tried every ointment on the market, and nothing, I mean nothing works as well as Pavlovic Ointment. Guaranteed!

I use this product on my hands where I get mild eczema in in the winter, it moisturizes my skin and also fades the redness. It is kind of sticky, compared to American lotions, but I highly recommend it. It has zinc-oxide in it which is really good for the skin helps it breath and keep moisturized. All the ingredients are natural too.
