My family is originally from out West and have always been big fans of authentic Mexican flavors. I'm now 37 and grew up on Salsa Brava. Our local grocery story no longer carries it, but it is well worth buying where ever you can find it. It's a great balanced mix of flavor and heat!

I used to buy this stuff by the case when we lived in a small town that didn't carry it in the local grocery store. Now that we've moved, I buy it 4 or 5 bottles at a time because we use it on everything. It has a great flavor, it's hot, but not too hot! I have a cheese dip recipe that calls for a bit of ketchup for a tangy tomato flavor, and I use this instead. A couple others call for Tobasco and I prefer to use Salsa Brava.
Salsa Brava is as much a staple in the Southern Kitchen as a case of Rotel!

Salsa Brava has been the No. 1 taco sauce for as long as I can remember. I'm 76 and from Orange County, CA where we had dozens of super mom & pop Mexican restaurants, each having their own specialty; almost all served Salsa Brava and other La Victoria products.
My daughter in Florida tells me none of the supermarkets in her area carry Salsa Brava any more, just the La Victoria "Green Taco Sauce"
I just ordered 12-12oz bottles from Amazon and had her ship them to me in Singapore.
