I was basically familiar with each of the cheeses. I bought them based through Amazon.com on the confidence in the product and the company. The service was exactly what you had said it would be. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the cheeses and were amazed that they were all from Ireland.
Will definitely be back next year--if not sooner.

I ordered this for my Irish mother around the holidays. She ate all but the blue cheese and said she loved every bite and wanted more. She sent the blue cheese to me and it was the best blue cheese I ever had and I like blue cheese. It didn't last long and I will be ordering more for myself.

We sent this as a Christmas gift but heard such rave reviews that I'm going to have to get myself some to try. We were warned that the blue is very strong and this was from someone who really enjoys a strong blue cheese. He advised to use it very sparingly! Very happy with this purchase!
