I love this sausage. Really brings out memories from way back then, tastes like european homemade sausage, the type grandma would make . I love it as it is, but sometimes my husband wants to cook with it/ grill it. Makes me cringe since I prefer it straight from the packaging. Might sound weird, but taste delicious with just some bread and tomatoes. Anyways, wish I could find these on sale, I'd stock up for a long time.

The sausage is good at first bite,But has a strange rancid oil type aftertaste that only leaves after a good brushing of the teeth.Good consistency,pretty to look at,but scared to share with others.
