The real taramasalata I am used to contains a lot more roe eggs and lemon, and a lot less soybean oil. This is mostly emulsified soybean oil with a tiny bit of lemon juice and roe eggs in it. Tastes ok, but definitely not great; and not nutritious either. Won't buy again. :(
Can anyone tell me where to find some good tarama?

I agree with the previous reviewer. This product is not of the quality I expected. It's one of those ordinary bottled products that fails to satisfy people who are looking for the real stuff.

First tasted in New York. Can't buy in Kansas. Thank God for Amazon.com. This stuff is fantastic. I eat it with crudities and even on toasts. If you enjoy caviar this product will be a welcome addition for your tastebuds.
