Delicous and freshJun 20, 2011
By HoyaSaxa The mix in this blend is the most tasty Garam Masala I have found. I'd order other spices from Zamouri based on the freshness of this (and the Ras el Hanout I've also had from Zamouri).

Delicious!Mar 03, 2011
By S. Bouren I purchased this Garam Masala from Amazon when local merchants failed to carry the spice blend. It is absolutely delicious. I have made two wonderful chicken curries with it and will be ordering more for sure.

Garam Marsala...Mar 16, 2012
By NYFB I use this spice by itself since this is not a hot spice but it is a mixture of some ten different spices popular in India. It is great with anything with brown rice but I do add some kind of pepper to make it hot. Bravo.

Great spice blend!Oct 18, 2011
By VegCookin Honestly, if you do any sort of cooking, you have to have this spice in your kitchen. I have used this spice in various Indian and Ethiopian recipes/dishes and it's just perfect and authentic flavors. Yes, you can make your own, but why not have the garam masala already blended and already using the right amount of spice? Yes, It's a bit pricey and I'm sure one can find this in a well-stocked Indian market, but I decided to go out on a limb and give this a try. Glad I did, because it's great, and will last me a while.
