I was introduced to this product in 2003 when I visited Croatia. I fell in love with it while there and purchased Fant seasoning to bring home with me. I loved it so much I just had to find a place selling it here in the States and voila...Amazon had it. In spite of the high shipping cost for these light weight packets, I ordered them. I am not sorry either. If you haven't tried them..buy it. Soak chopped garlic in 8 oz. of water for a few hours, add only the water to the chopped meat, add the seasoning mix and allow the mixture to meld for several hours, if time permits. Shape the meat into sticks or patties, fry and serve with pepper spread and chopped onions. I also serve a chibatta roll with the meal...yummy and this is the way the woman from Croatia taught me to do it. Yummy, yummy.
