I'm a big fan of Syrian food, and decided to try this mix because it's not very easy (or cheap) to get all the ingredients to make my own falafel where I live. Well, I followed the instructions on the box (except for deep frying- I pan-fried mine and they turned out fine), and it's just about as good as my favourite Syrian restaurant!
The mix also makes an interesting batter for other fried/baked finger foods- less carbs, and slightly nutty- a healthy yet still tasty crunch. Will definitely be buying this more regularly :D

It was my first falafel preparation and I got this one from Stop n Shop. It comes with a very easy recipe. Very tasty and nutritious. Great for vegetarians!

I bought this mix just yesterday. The whole box makes about 8-10 nice size falafel patties. About the size of a slider. Very filling, spicy, and hearty. A cheap alternative to the standard going rate for getting a falafel at a restaurant, where I live, about $4-$5.
