Aegean olive oil from Kalamata olives has a wonderful nutty flavor. There is no bitterness, even when the oil is not used quickly. My family loves it in salad dressing, pasta dishes and especially as a dipping oil with cracked pepper and wonderful Greek bread. Great price..well worth the money. Enjoy!
