Eugenia is a very good biscuit with a rich chocolate filling and lovely biscuits. I know this because i am from romania and my mom always takes them. If you're thinking if you should or should not buy this the answer is yes. I hope u enjoy it.

Well, yes, I am from Romania, so I will be a bit subjective. But, these cookies are the same as I remember them from my childhood which is surprising since even in Bucharest they do not taste the same, they must've changed the recipe. The cookie has the consistency and taste of a tea biscuit but the chocolate filling is what makes it great! We romanians generally put a hint of rum into most of our chocolate desserts and that sure isn't missing here. When I buy Eugenias from the Romanian bakery and bring them in to work, everyone likes them. Too bad they're not available right now, what a tease!!!!!
