This is not the eye dye as pictured, the quality is inferior and does not produce the beautiful red hue at all. The eggs turn out pink as if I had used a market food dye. Dissapointed, will not buy again.

Item different from website description. Claims it colors 30 eggs...package received says it colors 6 eggs. This packaging was not as shown. The product arrived in a make-shift envelope...even the label was crooked. I paid $5.02 for shipping and the product arrived in an envelope with one postage stamp.

This dye is great for traditional Greek red Easter eggs, but you need to use two packs for a dozen eggs so the color will be deep enough. It's hard to find so I think it's a good deal.
