this water is amazing, it has a different flavor because of the minerals and is very high in magnesium, si it has good medicinal value for muscle cramps, relaxation and intestinal function. its best to drink like a glass of wine over a couple days. not all at once till you are used to the magnesium. the minerals will settle after it is open. dont be alarmed if there is a little mineral residue . its normal.
