This is my second cartridge, the first one lasted much longer than the original Canon, we do a lot of prints at a higher than average coverage, we still got close to 2000 pages of high quality prints.
This is an excellent cartridge at a fraction of the price.

There is no reason to buy the genuine toner for this model. It performs flawlessly. I have used several of these and the print quality is perfect.

I received this cartridge one week after I ordered it - average time for shipping.
I installed the cartridge in my fax machine - would not work. The fax machine could not recognize that there was a new cartridge installed. Upon inspection of the cartridge, I discovered why. One end had been damaged when it was refilled with toner.
I contacted amazon and my email was forwarded to the company. I received a reply soon after and my account was credited for the full purchase price of the toner.
Final review: Customer service - good. Product - bad.

I bought this cartrige in April 2010. We rarely use it and by now,
I'm sure we have printed less than 200 pages. At the begining it worked
fine but about 2 month ago it started printing with a grey background and
toner spill lines. Bad news !
