We were very pleased with the service and delivery on this product, but the cartridge itself proved disapointing. This cartridge doesn't seem to fit correctly. It causes our copier to make noise and some of the copies are distorted.

Upon installing this toner it was not recognized by the printer. That may have been because the "warranty" sticker on one side fell off when removed from the plastic packaging. Taped the sticker back in place and the printer did recognize the cartridge. However, the output is terrible. Sporadic lines throughout the page and heavy gray areas along both sides of the page. Therefore, this toner is useless for any meaningful printing.

I went for a cheaper product and ended up spending hours cleaning up the printer roller. Go for the quality product not cheap imitation. You get what you pay for.
