For my wife I bought a CUISINART bread machine. I like that it makes the loaves horizontally, not vertically. I bought the SUMMERHILL MACHINE SAMPLER PACK.
Between the SUMMERHILL IRISH POT bread mix and the CUISINART bread machine, we ended our mid morning with fresh, warm, delicious bread. I recommend both the CUISINART BREAD MACHINE and the SUMMERHILL SAMPLE PACK for anyone interested in spending cash at home on good, healthy bread.
Oh, and GENTLEMEN, my wife need not make the bread because i do it and enjoy the pleasure fresh bread brings us!

This is a good bread mix for manual or machine. I like the varieties. I bought mine directly from the Pantry before I knew I could buy thru Amz. I am eating some bread today from one of their mixes.

A great discovery. I had been tempted to give away my 19 year old bread machine but decided to check Amazon to see what they offered. Bread mixes such as offered here can never be too expensive. I will reorder. I have reordered and have complete satisfaction in the product and the service. I also have a secret formula to avoid the calories from bread. I also lie.
