My Favorite AjvarApr 20, 2012

I've grown up with ajvar, and always liked its taste. It's a great condiment, and enhances flavor of any meal. Of all the ajvars that I've tried in recent years the Marco Polo brand is my favorite. This ajvar tastes very fresh and light. It doesn't have all that much oil, which for me is a huge plus. I prefer the mild variety to the hot one, primarily because I can enjoy it with a wider assortment of main dishes.
I usually get it from various ethnic grocery stores, but it's also nice to know that it's available on Amazon in case I run out of it and am having a craving for it. Highly recommended.
